For my sister Shelbi

Hey everyone, This message is for those of you who know my little sister Shelbi. Or if you just want to be nice, then this is for you too :) My little sister Shelbi is 12yrs old, a wonderful little lady and struggles with a rare disease that the doc said would put her in a wheel chair at the age of 10. Well, she is not in a wheel chair and although nothing has progressed it has not worsened either. Shelbi had the opportunity to try-out for Jr. high cheerleader this year, something we thought she would never get to do. Well, SHE MADE IT! SHE IS GOING TO BE A CHEERLEADER THIS YEAR!!! WE give all the glory to God because we know it is only because of Him that she is able to do this:). Some of my friends are also friends of my sisters and let me tell you she loves you all and talks about you every time i am with her and always asks about you. ( if you are one of those, you know who you are).

Now i want to ask something of you...Shelbi is doing only one fundraiser to raise money so she can participate in camp and pay for uniforms and it is so cool. It is called buck-a-cheer. What happens is you write a sweet message to Shelbi and it will be placed on her own personal page to go in the football program and you can donate any amount of money that you think would help Shelbi even a little bit. Or, if you can't, you do not have to donate anything, but the sweet message can still be put there for Shelbi's encouragement and support. Shelbi does not know that i am doing this for her so if you send anything at all it will be a surprise.

If you want to help, reply to this note about your message to Shelbi and tell me you want to participate and i will get in contact with you on how you can send your message and donation to Shelbi personally :) Oh. and after the programs are made during the start of the football season, Shelbi will mail you one that has her page in it to show you what it looks like and that will be her way of thanking you...she will prolly write a little note too. Who knows? she is always full of little surprises.I hope you all have a blessed day and that many smiles and laughter surround you this father's day weekend! Thanks for your time and for caring for my little sister.
